Responsibilities:

• Assist with website updates, layout, and design improvements
   
• Create branded graphics, marketing materials, and social content
   
• Support digital branding, messaging, and online presence
   
• Help develop investor-facing materials and presentations
   
• Conduct basic market research for branding and outreach strategies
   

Ideal Candidate: Creative, detail-oriented, strong design skills, basic web experience, interest in branding or digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Airbnb and long-term rental operations
   
• Coordinate vendors, scheduling, and on-site tasks
   
• Help track expenses, maintenance needs, and unit performance
   
• Support guest communications and hospitality standards
   
• Participate in inspections and property checks
